Once your chatbot is created, you need to give your new chatbot instructions. You can do this by:
Go to "Chatbots" in the left-hand sidebar in the strictly app.
Select your chatbot by clicking on it.
Click on the "Settings" tab.
Add instructions under the "Base Prompt" text box.
Click "Save Changes".
Tips for Chatbot Instructions
Be extremely thorough and detailed. Make sure you provide how to answer questions, the tone, what data to utilize and when.
Include what information you want to collect from the customers.
