Creating Your First Chatbot

Explaining how to easily get started with creating your first custom Chatbot.

Strictly allows you to create GPT based chatbots that are trained on your business data. Creating your first chatbot is easy.

  1. Login to the Strictly dashboard.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click on the "Chatbots" options.

  3. Click on the "New Chatbot" option.

  4. Now you are able to add data in order to train your new Chatbot.

Types of Data You Can Use Train Your Chatbot

You can train your chatbot on multiple different types of data, such as:

Website or URL

1. To train your chatbot on your website content or another URL, click the "add website" tab from within the chatbot creator:

2. Enter in your website's URL into the field and click "Fetch Links". This will crawl every page on your website.

3. Examine all of your web pages and delete any pages you don't want to be included in the training data.

4. Click on "Save web datasources" to save your resources.

Uploading Documents & Materials

Accepted filetypes: PDF, DOCx, TXT

You can also upload additional documents and materials to train your AI on - such as brochures, text files, documents, and more.

1. Click "Upload files"

2. Browse to the files you want to upload.

Training Your Chatbot on Plain Text

You can also add additional text data or information to provide your chatbot with additional context. Adding text is simple.

  1. Click on "Add text".

  2. Simply paste any text that is relevant for your Chatbot to know into the box.

  3. Click "Save text datasource".

Create Your Chatbot

Once you've added your initial data, click the "Create Your Chatbot" button in the bottom right corner.
