Actions can do things such as display information visually to the end user. Examples include maps, cards, galleries, forms, and appointment booking widgets.
To set up your first action:
Click "Agents" and then "Configure" next to your agent.
Select "New Action" in the top right.
Select the proper action you want to add.
Customize settings & appearance
Add instructions for when to display the component.
