How to train your Conversational AI

  1. Click on "Agents" in the menu and select the agent you want to train.
    ​

  2. Click "Configure"

  3. Stay on the "Resources" tab.

Training on a Website

To train on a website, click on "Website" in the top-right corner.

  1. Enter your website URL

  2. Enter the maximum number of pages to crawl.
    ​

Wait for the website to crawl then come back and refresh the page in a few minutes.

Upload File

  1. Click "File"

  2. Upload a PDF, Doc, DocX, or TXT file

  3. Click "Upload File"

Text or Q&A's

  1. Select "Text"

  2. Enter in your content via copy and paste or manually.
    ​

  3. Click "Add Text Resource"
